At Luxe Lab Mobile, we are committed to providing safe, timely, and professional care in the comfort of your space. To ensure the best experience for both our clients and staff, please review the following policies before scheduling your appointment.

✅ Appointments
• All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day services are subject to availability.
• Clients must be 18 years or older, or have a parent/guardian present during the visit.
• A valid lab order, test requisition, or DNA documentation must be submitted prior to your appointment.
• For group testing or employer services, 48 hours’ notice is preferred.

💳 Payment Policy
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.
• We accept Cash App, credit/debit cards.
• A travel fee may apply for locations outside our standard service area and will be disclosed prior to booking.

🔄 Cancellation & Rescheduling
• You may cancel or reschedule with no fee up to 12 hours in advance.
• Cancellations under 12 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
• $25 rebooking fee may apply for last-minute changes.

🏡 In-Home Visit Requirements

To maintain a clean, professional, and safe environment:
• A responsible adult must be present at the time of the visit.
• Pets must be secured away from the area where the procedure will take place.
• The space must be clean, sanitary, and safe for our technician to perform services.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel services upon arrival if conditions are unsanitary, unsafe, or interfere with proper care.

No refunds will be issued if service is declined due to unsafe or inappropriate conditions.

• If you are ill or have been recently exposed to illness, please notify us before your appointment to reschedule.
• Our staff follows all PPE, sanitation, and HIPAA-compliant protocols to ensure your safety and privacy.
